Michael Rafael Mercado is an actor and director currently based out of Birmingham, AL. They are currently a junior at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, pursuing there BA in Theatre with a concentration in Performance.

As an artist, they are interested in telling the stories of Queer and Hispanic peoples. Through theatre, we can all understand the greater connections between us all.
